Serve as a friendly and welcoming cashier, taking orders accurately and delivering excellent guest service for Panera Bread. This role focuses on making guests feel at home and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with orders quickly and accurately
• Be knowledgeable on menu items and Limited Time Offers
• Deliver excellent guest service in every circumstance
• Be informed about the priorities of the day
• Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years of age
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
• Ability to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests
