About This Role

As a Restaurant Team Member Cashier, you will be the friendly and welcoming face for guests, assisting them with orders quickly and accurately while providing excellent service and knowledge of the menu.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with orders quickly and accurately
• Be knowledgeable on the menu and Limited Time Offers
• Deliver excellent guest service in every circumstance
• Be informed about the priorities of the day
• Keep a positive attitude while facing each task and adapt to changes
• Help build a Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years of age
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment
