About This Role

Serve as the initial point of contact for guests, providing friendly and welcoming service while accurately taking orders and helping to create a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with orders quickly and accurately
• Be knowledgeable on menu items and Limited Time Offers
• Deliver excellent guest service in every circumstance
• Be informed about the priorities of the day
• Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years of age
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment
