Serve as the friendly face of Panera Bread, assisting guests with their orders and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with orders quickly and accurately
• Be knowledgeable on menu items and Limited Time Offers
• Deliver excellent guest service in every circumstance
• Be informed about the priorities of the day
• Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changes
• Help build the company's culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years of age
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
• Ability to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment
