About This Role

As a Restaurant Team Member - Cashier at Panera, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Assist guests with orders quickly and accurately
• Be knowledgeable on our menu and Limited Time Offers
• Deliver excellent guest service in every circumstance
• Be informed about the priorities of the day

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years of age
• Ability to complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (including Food Handler’s Card as required)
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
• Ability to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment
