About This Role

As a Restaurant Team Member Cashier at Panera, you will be the friendly face greeting guests, accurately taking orders, and ensuring excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with orders quickly and accurately
• Be knowledgeable on menu and Limited Time Offers
• Deliver excellent guest service in every circumstance
• Be informed about the priorities of the day
• Keep a positive attitude while facing each task and adapt to changes as they arise
• Help build our Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years of age
• Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment
