About This Role

This role involves executing the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. It serves as a key point of contact for prospective residents and supports resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve property revenue and occupancy goals
  • Collect pertinent information from prospective residents at move-in and record as appropriate
  • Stay informed about market and competitor conditions, developing and implementing marketing plans
  • Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic to the property
  • Use property management software to track apartment availability, leasing activities, and manage resident data
  • Ensure that the property and show units meet company standards for show quality
  • Follow-up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction
  • Execute and perform activities in support of the property’s lease renewal program
  • Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions
  • Attend community and networking events, aligning with local associations and community organizations
  • Complete various financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis
  • Assist Lifestyle Coordinator by attending and assisting with the setup of events as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Mathematical skills for sales conversions
  • Ability to apply sales skills
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management applications, and database management programs
  • Proficiency and fluency in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service background
