Research Project Lead

About This Role

This role involves leading and managing research and feature development projects, ensuring timely execution and effective communication with stakeholders. The Project Lead will monitor progress, identify and solve risks, maintain comprehensive documentation, and oversee procurement.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery for research and feature development
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Communicate project status, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation of progress and completion of tasks and projects
• Oversee procurement of equipment and vendor services
• Support operational (non-research) projects and tasks as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in research or product development
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Demonstrates proactive initiative and excels at managing multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively collaborates across functions, building strong partnerships with team members and stakeholders throughout the organization
• Possesses exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring priorities are met and deadlines consistently achieved

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management experience in research or product development
