This role involves developing and implementing laboratory techniques, performing complex experiments, analyzing data, and coordinating research projects focused on understanding myeloid malignancies and developing targeted therapies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and implement laboratory techniques
- Perform complex experiments or tests to contribute to research projects
- Maintain clear and complete records of all experimental work
- Troubleshoot assays and customize experimental tools to answer research questions
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, including application of basic bioinformatic tools and statistical models
- Coordinate external and internal resources necessary for completion of research plan
- Manage and coordinate all phases of complex in vivo research projects under scientific direction, including experimental planning and procedural execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 1-4 years of blood-related or leukemia-related research laboratory experience
- Strong background and profound knowledge in hematological malignancies
- Experience working with mice models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 1-4 years of blood-related or leukemia-related research laboratory experience
Nice to Have
- Master's Degree
- Experience in molecular and/or cellular biology techniques
- Proficiency in rodent intravenous, intrafemoral, intraperitoneal and subcutaneous injections and bone marrow transplant
