About This Role

The Research Analyst will manage survey research projects for world-recognized brands, focusing on channel performance. This role involves designing questionnaires, analyzing survey results, and preparing reports to provide clients with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Manage survey research projects within timeline and budget, overseeing operational components
  • Design questionnaires and plan analyses
  • Perform quality checks at various stages of research to ensure accuracy
  • Manage overall project timelines, ensuring milestones are met
  • Analyze and interpret survey results; prepare reports and presentations
  • Develop an understanding of clients’ business issues and industries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or insights-focused field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint), including macros
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical aptitude, inquisitive nature, and passion for uncovering insights
  • Familiarity with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical or insights-focused fields such as economics, marketing, psychology, sociology, statistics, or similar business or liberal arts programs

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with survey applications (e.g., Qualtrics, Google Consumer Surveys)
  • Background and/or familiarity with quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies
  • Love data, consumer decision-making, and puzzles
  • Ability to create compelling stories in presentations, visually, and in writing
