About This Role

This role involves working on market research studies for public affairs clients, coordinating projects, and analyzing data to provide insights. You will collaborate with internal teams, understand client business issues, and contribute to business growth by proposing solutions and generating new business.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage survey research projects on time and on budget
  • Develop an understanding of clients’ business issues, including brand health, communication effectiveness, and trade-off analysis
  • Engage with clients to suggest solutions to their problems and collaborate on winning proposals
  • Bring creativity and insights to clients in identifying and solving business challenges
  • Generate new and repeat business
  • Manage and develop colleagues

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the market research sector
  • Degree in social sciences or quantitatively-oriented field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate large teams
  • Strong working proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience working with data in Excel and/or Access
  • US citizenship

Qualifications

  • Degree in the social sciences or a quantitatively-oriented field, preferably at the Master’s level
  • 4+ years of experience in the market research sector

Nice to Have

  • Master's level degree
  • Strong interest in the health sector (health insurance, hospitals, public health)
  • Knowledge of quantitative analysis packages (SPSS and/or SAS)
