Rental Readiness Specialist

About This Role

The Rental Readiness Specialist coordinates the receipt, movement, and readiness of Tesla rental vehicles. This role ensures a smooth customer experience by managing fleet, invoicing, and vehicle hand-off.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inventory movement, charging, and cleaning
• Coordinate with registration and logistics teams for plating and paperwork verification
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections and report vehicle concerns
• Communicate with customers for scheduling rental pickups and drop-offs, and issues while on rent
• Prepare documents for customer arrival and conduct hand-off
• Conduct insurance company or customer invoice generation and payment receipt

Requirements

• Proven track record of a great work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player
• Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions

Nice to Have

• Detail and/or light service advisory experience
• Microsoft Office suite experience
