Commercial Energy & Charging Coordinator

About This Role

This role involves coordinating commercial service activities to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction for Tesla's commercial product networks. The coordinator will manage and coordinate service activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and schedule tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Utilize provided programs and dashboards to review and plan work schedules for the assigned region
• Collaborate with Territory and Field Managers to address priorities effectively
• Collaborate with the Regional team to coordinate parts and tools for Field Service Technicians
• Coordinate site access with designated points of contact (POCs) for each site
• Create and manage Purchase Orders, order/call off equipment rentals
• Coordinate external training such as forklift certification and CPR
• Monitor for new and actionable activities, pivoting as needed based on priority

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Exceptional communications, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred
