Design, build, and deploy robust, standalone AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, multi-step task execution, and independent decision-making. Leverage large language models (LLMs) and integrate agents with enterprise data sources and SaaS applications using cloud-native AI services, while establishing development standards for reusability, security, and performance. Modernize business processes through agent-driven automation and design collaborative multi-agent systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy robust, standalone AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, multi-step task execution, and independent decision-making
- Leverage large language models (LLMs)
- Integrate agents with enterprise data sources, SaaS applications, and business workflows using cloud-native AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI) or specialized platforms such as Google Gemini, DevRev, or Sierra
- Focus on creating flexible, cross-platform agents-not embedded assistants
- Establish development standards for reusability, security, and performance optimization
- Modernize business processes through agent-driven automation
- Design collaborative multi-agent systems
- Implement secure integrations via APIs and webhooks
- Monitor and improve agent performance
- Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 2+ years building and deploying standalone/agentic AI agents using AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, Gemini, DevRev, Sierra, or equivalent
- Strong Python proficiency; solid Java and/or JavaScript experience
- Proven expertise integrating LLMs/agents with data sources, SaaS apps, APIs, and webhooks
- Experience designing multi-agent systems with task handoff and autonomous decision-making
- Solid knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP; experience deploying scalable cloud AI solutions
- Track record troubleshooting, securing, monitoring, and improving production AI agents
- Hands-on experience with Google Gemini, DevRev, or Sierra
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical leadership or service automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development and automation experience
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with advanced AI/ML techniques (reinforcement learning, advanced NLP, agent frameworks)
- Experience converting legacy workflows to autonomous agent-driven processes
- Knowledge of agent evaluation metrics, observability, and continuous improvement
- Understanding of AI security best practices (prompt injection prevention, data privacy)
- Ability to research and evaluate emerging agent vendor roadmaps and technologies
