About This Role

Serve as an independent veterinary contractor providing high-quality care to pets, managing wellness exams, vaccinations, and other services with complete flexibility over your schedule and rates.

Responsibilities

Perform wellness examinations, preventive vaccinations, and administer medications at Vetco Vaccination Clinics
Conduct heartworm testing and microchip insertion
Perform preventive care, diagnostic workups, outpatient surgeries, and dental procedures at Vetco Total Care Hospitals
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal mandates

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine state license in good standing
Appropriate state-specific licensing to perform all shift functions including the ability to perform blood draws & administer vaccines
Ability to provide Professional Liability Insurance + license defense policy
Compliance with all local state and federal mandates

Nice to Have

DEA in good standing
