Relationship Banker - Spanish Required

About This Role

Engage clients in the lobby to educate them on self-service banking options and assist with transactions. Build relationships with clients to understand their financial priorities and connect them with suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service resources like mobile banking, online banking, or ATM
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed
• Have deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities
• Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
• Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
• Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively

• Ability to efficiently manage time and capacity
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance
• Bilingual Spanish

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
