As a Relationship Banker at Chase, you will build and maintain meaningful client relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and contributing to the branch's success.
Responsibilities
- Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and understand financial needs.
- Tailor product and service recommendations using financial knowledge to help address client needs and make their lives easier.
- Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
- Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions.
- Collaborate with and connect clients to a team of experts for specialized financial needs.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services
- Proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for clients
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
Nice to Have
- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
