As a Relationship Banker at Chase, you will build and maintain meaningful client relationships, offer thoughtful financial solutions, and contribute to the branch's success by utilizing banking solutions and financial technology.
Responsibilities
- Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service
- Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and understand financial needs
- Tailor product and service recommendations to clients
- Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients
- Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
- Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients
- Collaborate with and connect clients to a team of experts for specialized financial needs
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries
- Proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable client experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail
- Ability to operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet risk and compliance obligations
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.

- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
