About This Role

Provide an exceptional customer experience by processing transactions, identifying customer needs, and assisting with service inquiries for Regions Bank. Guide customers in improving their financial wellness and educate them on digital banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling transactional needs
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfill basic servicing requests
• Develop relationships with customers, staying informed about their banking relationship
• Educate customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings
• Assist branch and fellow team members with basic tasks to aid in customer problem resolution
• Refer customers to an internal team of experts for more complex financial goals and needs
• Follow all bank processes and procedures and adhere to applicable laws and regulations
• Achieve branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance
• Conduct outbound phone calls using generated lead lists to educate customers on emerging technology and assist with financial needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience preferred

Nice to Have

• One (1) year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience
