About This Role

This role is for an entry-level Relationship Banker who will build client relationships, provide exceptional service, and introduce financial products while working within established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Communicate effectively to stimulate and motivate others
• Perform detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines
• Actively participate in maintaining guidelines, structure, and established policies
• Provide exceptional client service to a diverse audience
• Introduce clients to new products, services, and digital solutions
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options
• Provide a broad base of financial and credit services
• Assist other departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous banking, cash handling or financial service experience
• 6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experience
• Passionate and motivated self-starter
• Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete work accurately
• Ability to think logically to analyze situations and make sound decisions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Capacity to work with multiple computer and software systems
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentages
