About This Role

This role involves engaging with clients in the lobby to educate them on and assist with self-service banking options such as mobile, online banking, and ATMs. It also requires processing cash transactions and having deep conversations to understand clients' financial and life priorities, connecting them with suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs
  • Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
  • Drive the client experience
  • Manage cash responsibilities

Requirements

  • Confident in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self-service technologies
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs
  • Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all laws and regulations
  • Efficiently manages time and capacity
  • Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client
  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • Six months of cash handling experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
