About This Role

This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate them on self-service banking options and process cash transactions. It involves building relationships to understand financial priorities and connect clients with suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
  • Drive the client experience
  • Manage cash responsibilities

Requirements

  • Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients
  • Effective and confident communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Confident in educating clients on self-service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Adhere to established processes and guidelines, applicable laws and regulations
  • Efficiently manage time and capacity
  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within a reasonable distance

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Entry level position, with desired qualifications including one year of sales experience and six months of cash handling experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • Six months of cash handling experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
