About This Role

Engage clients in the financial center lobby, educate them on self-service banking options, and process cash transactions as needed while deeply understanding their financial goals to connect them with suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed
  • Have deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities
  • Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
  • Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
  • Drive the client experience
  • Manage cash responsibilities

Requirements

  • Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs

  • Confident in educating clients on self-service banking technologies

  • Ability to follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities
  • Efficient time and capacity management
  • Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to financial center locations

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree desired
  • Entry level with a desire for sales and cash handling experience being desired

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
  • One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
  • Six months of cash handling experience
