About This Role

Join the Women's & Children's Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, and Inpatient Pediatrics. This role supports over 6,500 births annually and requires adaptability and commitment to maternal and pediatric health.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through four specialized areas: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III NICU), and Inpatient Pediatrics
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units
• Ensure safe and optimal outcomes for patients and families

Requirements

• BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years
• At least two years of experience as an RN in Women’s and Children’s services
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• PALS certification
• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
• At least two years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women’s and Children’s services areas

Nice to Have

• ACLS certification
