Join the Women's & Children's Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, and Inpatient Pediatrics. This role supports over 6,500 births annually and requires adaptability and commitment to maternal and pediatric health.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through four specialized areas: Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III NICU), and Inpatient Pediatrics
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units
- Ensure safe and optimal outcomes for patients and families
Requirements
- BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years
- At least two years of experience as an RN in Women’s and Children’s services
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- PALS certification
- Delaware RN licensure or eligibility
Qualifications
- BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- At least two years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in Women’s and Children’s services areas

- ACLS certification
