About This Role

This role involves assessing residents' needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising other personnel in a skilled nursing facility. The position focuses on providing comfort, dignity, and exceptional care to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident’s needs
• Develop an individualized care plan
• Administer nursing care
• Evaluate nursing care
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
• Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies
• Maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software
