Join our team as a day shift, PRN, Recovery Room (PACU) Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, NM. This individual will be responsible for professional nursing practice, patient care, and staff management while adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Practice professional nursing, including patient care and staff management
- Serve in the role of Charge Nurse and be accountable for professional practice
- Adhere to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)
- BLS certification (within 14 days of hire or transfer and prior to direct patient care)
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of experience in a specialty
- 2 years of general nursing experience
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
