About This Role

Serve as a Registered Nurse with Georgia Hospice Care, evaluating patients, creating care plans, and ensuring quality care by leading the care team. This role focuses on providing compassionate support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients
Create care plans
Communicate with patients, families, and the care team
Serve as the driver of the care team to ensure quality care
Utilize skills to make a real difference for patients

Requirements

Current state license as a registered nurse
Reliable transportation
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting
