About This Role

As an Emergency Services Registered Nurse, you will provide critical care to pediatric and adult patients across a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and trauma. This role involves assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients using critical clinical decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and implement priority-based nursing care, establishing goals to meet patient needs
  • Integrate patient values, best practices, and evidence into patient care
  • Engage patients and/or families in the care delivery process
  • Function competently within own scope of practice
  • Utilize effective communication style/practice to meet the needs of the team and situation
  • Delegate care activities to the patient care team
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements

  • Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN required)

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN required)

Nice to Have

  • 1-2 years of experience in an Emergency setting
