As an Emergency Services Registered Nurse, you will provide critical care to pediatric and adult patients across a wide range of illnesses, injuries, and trauma. This role involves assessing, intervening, and stabilizing patients using critical clinical decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and implement priority-based nursing care, establishing goals to meet patient needs
- Integrate patient values, best practices, and evidence into patient care
- Engage patients and/or families in the care delivery process
- Function competently within own scope of practice
- Utilize effective communication style/practice to meet the needs of the team and situation
- Delegate care activities to the patient care team
- Collaborate with other disciplines to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN required)
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ADN or BSN required)
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of experience in an Emergency setting
