This part-time Physical Therapist role involves providing skilled physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics. The position is responsible for patient evaluation, treatment plan implementation, education, and clinical supervision.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients including subjective and objective information, assessment, and prognosis
- Establish effective goals and treatment plans appropriately
- Implement patient-specific treatment plans and modify as needed
- Develop and implement patient-appropriate educational programs with family participation
- Delegate and share appropriate patients with physical therapy assistants
- Provide clinical supervision to new staff and/or affiliating students
- Complete and process insurance and third-party payer information in a timely manner
- Maintain clinical competency and use safe and appropriate equipment and techniques
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy
- 1-2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
Nice to Have
- CPR certification
- Graston Certification (Outpatient PT)
- Lymphedema Certification (Outpatient PT)
- Dry Needling Certification (Outpatient PT)
- 1-2 years of Physical Therapy experience
