Physical Therapist

About This Role

This part-time Physical Therapist role involves providing skilled physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics. The position is responsible for patient evaluation, treatment plan implementation, education, and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients including subjective and objective information, assessment, and prognosis
• Establish effective goals and treatment plans appropriately
• Implement patient-specific treatment plans and modify as needed
• Develop and implement patient-appropriate educational programs with family participation
• Delegate and share appropriate patients with physical therapy assistants
• Provide clinical supervision to new staff and/or affiliating students
• Complete and process insurance and third-party payer information in a timely manner
• Maintain clinical competency and use safe and appropriate equipment and techniques

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy
• 1-2 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred

Nice to Have

• CPR certification
• Graston Certification (Outpatient PT)
• Lymphedema Certification (Outpatient PT)
• Dry Needling Certification (Outpatient PT)
• 1-2 years of Physical Therapy experience
