This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Cardiology on a 30-bed unit, caring for patients with acute and chronic cardiac diseases, as well as med/surg overflow. The position involves coordinating comprehensive patient care and delivering safe, therapeutic care.
Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
- Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures
- Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making
- Communicate compassionately and skillfully to create the safest patient environment
- Ensure the best patient experience across the continuum of care
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license
- BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

- Cardiac/critical care experience
