About This Role

As a Registered Nurse at Campbell County Health, you will be a trusted partner in care, collaborating with clinic providers and leadership to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. You will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their best health, aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately and timely
• Use the nursing process to deliver personalized, age-appropriate care—addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
• Implement and evaluate care interventions, ensuring collaboration and appropriate delegation among the care team
• Partner with providers and other team members to coordinate care and achieve positive outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care to promote long-term wellness
• Build trusting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and compassionate support
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced clinic setting
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain the highest standards of clinical practice
• Practice accountability and fiscal responsibility in all aspects of patient care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
• Willingly assist in other clinic locations when needed to support team coverage and patient care continuity
• Uphold the organization’s Corporate Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, and all applicable laws, regulations, and policies

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current, unrestricted Wyoming Registered Nurse (RN) license

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
