About This Role

This Child Care Tech role involves caring for young children in a daycare setting by leading and monitoring play and learning activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. The position requires maintaining a clean and secure environment while adhering to childcare standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Care for young children in a daycare setting
• Lead and monitor various play and learning activities including games, crafts, story time, and music
• Perform daily tasks required to keep children happy, clean, safe, and occupied
• Supervise snacks, meals, and naps
• Complete required documentation including attendance logs, sign-in sheets, or medication administration records
• Maintain a safe and secure play area
• Implement a daily program for children based on stages of child development
• Keep appropriate records on each child including feedings, diaper changes, hours napped, general attitude and activities
• Maintain childcare standards as established by Department of Family Services, State of Wyoming, and CCH policies

Requirements

• Early Childhood classes or experience working with children
• Must be at least 16 years of age

• Previous experience preferred
