About This Role

Plan, organize, and administer patient care within the scope of training and expertise for the Emergency Room, collaborating with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in establishing the plan of care, coordinate and implement care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum
• Analyze comprehensive information pertinent to the patient’s care and management to determine nursing diagnosis
• Continually utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient’s progress towards goals and apply appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes
• Employ strategies to promote health and a safe and healthy environment

Requirements

• LIC-Registered Nurse - Licensure-Others
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Graduate of an approved discipline specific program
