About This Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT) at ABA Centers of America, you will support individuals with autism by teaching daily living and social skills, implementing therapy sessions designed by a BCBA, and collecting data. This role offers paid training and career advancement opportunities within a stable and growing healthcare company.

Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with autism in the home, community, or centers
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using effective behavior and evidence-based treatments
  • Collect, organize, and summarize unbiased data during sessions
  • Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, Executive Directors, and additional team members to support the client's needs

Requirements

  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age (21+ in NJ)
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent, reliable transportation and car insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
  • BT: Ability to attend 40-hour RBT paid training and pass RBT exam within 45 days of hire
  • RBT: Ability to attend required paid training program

Qualifications

  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Will train for entry-level candidates.
