About This Role

The Division Clinical Director oversees and monitors clinical quality across ABA Centers within their assigned division, ensuring each location meets established clinical and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role involves upholding positive team culture within a dyad partnership model and working to mitigate gaps in service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold positive team culture within ABA Centers' dyad partnership model.
  • Monitor and manage performance of ABA Centers' KPIs.
  • Ensure clinical quality and consistency across a multi-state area.
  • Partner with Vice President of Clinical Operations and Academy of Excellence to ensure clinical KPIs align with best practices and BACB standards.
  • Ensure appropriate case review process oversight for complex cases.
  • Facilitate communication between operational and clinical team members.
  • Monitor current and projected staffing to mitigate service delivery gaps for clients.
  • Oversee smooth and clinically appropriate case transfers/transitions for clients.
  • Hire, supervise, and performance manage Clinical Directors within the division.
  • Lead weekly clinical director team meetings and individual meetings.

Requirements

  • BCBA Certification
  • Successfully pass drug and background screenings
  • Willingness to Sign Company NDA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide effective guidance and leadership to diverse groups of individuals

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • 5 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • 5 years of experience in the ABA field
