About This Role

Join a dedicated team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in Castle Rock, CO. This role focuses on helping children develop new skills and reach their fullest potential through 1:1 therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in the community
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client progress data
• Work collaboratively with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy
• Some college
