This role involves providing individualized ABA therapy to children in their homes, implementing treatment plans, tracking data, and collaborating with families to foster growth and positive outcomes. Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in a client's home under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement treatment plans to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• Track data and report progress to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in the home setting
