Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings to support skill-building and reduce interfering behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
- Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
- Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Willingness to complete training requirements for the registered behavior technician role (if not already certified)
- Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician
Qualifications
