Lead ABA programming and support client progress through individualized treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum. Conduct assessments, evaluate data, and provide supervision and training to ABA staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead ABA programming and support client progress through individualized treatment
- Conduct assessments and evaluate skill and behavior data
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Create, oversee, and adjust behaviour intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide supervision and training to ABA staff
- Maintain required documentation and ensure clinical quality standards
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and applicable New Jersey licensure
- Strong applied ABA experience
- Experience in treatment planning and goal development
- Ability to supervise clinical teams and implement behavior plans effectively
