Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. Collect data on progress and actively contribute to behavior intervention plans.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred; experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred
