Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About This Role

Implement personalized ABA treatment plans for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Track client progress, prepare session materials, and collaborate with the therapy team to ensure effective treatment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Implement personalized ABA treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Track client progress toward treatment goals
• Prepare necessary materials for sessions
• Communicate updates or concerns to the BCBA and therapy team
• Collaborate with therapy staff to ensure effective treatment delivery
• Attend ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of or willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 60 days upon hire
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
