About This Role

Lead and build a high-performing sales team and distributor network in the Eastern United States for a growing heavy-duty truck parts company, focusing on market penetration and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team across NC, SC, VA, and GA
  • Develop, recruit, and maintain a strong network of distributors and strategic partners
  • Design and execute sales strategies to expand market penetration
  • Achieve sales and profitability targets while ensuring sustainable growth

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven track record in sales leadership within truck parts or the heavy-duty aftermarket
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels in the U.S. East Coast
  • Ability to recruit, train, and lead sales professionals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent negotiation skills

Qualifications
