About This Role

The Regional Client Service Leader at Gallagher Benefit Services ensures client service teams deliver quality, consistent, and efficient support across their region. This role involves connecting local offices with enterprise resources, fostering a culture of client excellence, and driving strategies for client success and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client service processes across the region, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals.
• Work closely with branch leaders to balance workloads, support staffing, and integrate new partners.
• Leverage technology and best practices to create capacity for growth and improved service.
• Lead and mentor client service leaders, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Focus on compliance, process improvement, and client retention by utilizing performance metrics and implementing innovative strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of client service and/or claims management experience and 5+ years of management experience (or equivalent High School degree/GED with 12+ years of experience and 5+ years of management experience)
• Appropriate licensing as required

Qualifications
