About This Role

Provide exceptional service to members, manage merchandise, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise
• Ensure proper signage of merchandise
• Keep sales floor clean, neat and fully organized
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise
• Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise
• Remove empty cardboard from sales floor, shelves, display cases, and replenish box bins
• Use cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard
• Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor
• Maintain all club policies and procedures

Requirements

• Successfully complete required training and certification processes
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
