About This Role

Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, guests, and employees at a senior living community, ensuring their safety and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of building and residents
• Respond to resident pendant calls
• Greet all visitors (residents, families, vendors, and staff) with a smile and by name
• Answer a variety of questions from residents, families, vendors, and staff with certainty and follow up when necessary
• Communicate positively with residents, families, vendors, and staff in person, over the phone, and via email
• Assist the Business Office Manager and other departments with administrative tasks
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks and maintain calm and composure during periods of high stress

Requirements

• Detail-oriented
• Office and front desk experience
