The Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients, responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge, smile, and greet patients upon arrival and dismissal
- Answer telephones and respond to patient questions and concerns according to company policies
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up on no-shows/cancellations
- Register patients, manage chart filing, and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients and check voicemails daily
Requirements
- Some training or experience in using multi-line phones
- Some experience using computers
