Serve as the initial welcoming face for clients and ensure a smooth, professional experience by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative duties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors as they enter the office
- Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages and transferring calls
- Perform drug screenings as required
- Data entry of clients into appropriate software
- Attend court proceedings as a company liaison and complete necessary paperwork
- Install, remove, and maintain electronic monitoring devices
- Collect payments from clients, balance, and make deposits
- Ensure general cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Perform various administrative duties such as handling mail, sorting, and filing documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Answer general inquiries from visitors and clients
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of criminal justice procedures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable source of transportation
- Valid auto insurance
