About This Role

Serve as the initial welcoming face for clients and ensure a smooth, professional experience by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and performing various administrative duties. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors as they enter the office
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages and transferring calls
  • Perform drug screenings as required
  • Data entry of clients into appropriate software
  • Attend court proceedings as a company liaison and complete necessary paperwork
  • Install, remove, and maintain electronic monitoring devices
  • Collect payments from clients, balance, and make deposits
  • Ensure general cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Perform various administrative duties such as handling mail, sorting, and filing documents
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Answer general inquiries from visitors and clients

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of criminal justice procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a drug screening
  • Reliable source of transportation
  • Valid auto insurance
