Receiver/Stocker

About This Role

As a Receiver/Stocker, you will maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment by accurately receiving freight, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise and top stock. This role supports daily store operations and provides customer assistance.

Responsibilities

• Receive freight, stock shelves, and organize merchandise and top stock
• Unload deliveries and handle equipment and hazardous materials safely
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace, making sure areas are prepped for daily success
• Assist customers in locating or loading products with a friendly, professional attitude
• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers, answering questions, and offering support during projects
• Support store operations by verifying deliveries, completing dock prep, and using equipment like pallet jacks and forkllifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following proper procedures for hazardous materials, equipment use, and housekeeping
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools as needed
• Pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders using the Orders App (for Pro Fulfillment Stores)
• Load delivery orders, ensuring quality, accuracy, and safe loading practices (for Pro Fulfillment Stores)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement

Nice to Have

• 3 months Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
• 6 months Experience in a warehouse performing inventory handling and stocking
