Responsibilities
- Participate in a cohort-based training system led by a seasoned managing broker
- Engage in structured weekly classes and coaching sessions
- Apply mentorship and mastery application principles
- Conduct lead generation activities
- Utilize professional tech and marketing platforms
- Actively participate in a dedicated mentor program (12-24 months)
- Access Windermere's network of 6,500+ agents
Requirements
- Commitment to real estate as a full-time agent
- 15+ hours weekly training commitment
- Active WA real estate license (or expected to complete real estate course within 60 days)
Nice to Have
- Sales/customer service background
- Snohomish county-area network
- Social media or digital marketing experience
