About This Role

Launch a real estate career with Windermere Summit North, a firm focused on training new brokers. This role allows full licensees to earn commission while learning through a structured program.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a cohort-based training system led by a seasoned managing broker
  • Engage in structured weekly classes and coaching sessions
  • Apply mentorship and mastery application principles
  • Conduct lead generation activities
  • Utilize professional tech and marketing platforms
  • Actively participate in a dedicated mentor program (12-24 months)
  • Access Windermere's network of 6,500+ agents

Requirements

  • Commitment to real estate as a full-time agent
  • 15+ hours weekly training commitment
  • Active WA real estate license (or expected to complete real estate course within 60 days)
