About This Role

Launch a real estate career with Windermere Summit, receiving extensive training and support to become a full licensee and earn commission from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a two-phase training program led by an experienced managing broker
  • Attend structured weekly classes and coaching sessions
  • Participate in lead generation training
  • Utilize in-house transaction coordination services
  • Leverage professional tech and marketing platforms
  • Engage with a dedicated mentor for 12-24 months
  • Access Windermere's network of over 6,500 agents

Requirements

  • Commitment to full-time real estate agent role
  • 15+ hours weekly training commitment
  • Active WA real estate license or ability to complete within 60 days
