Responsibilities
- Complete a two-phase training program led by an experienced managing broker
- Attend structured weekly classes and coaching sessions
- Participate in lead generation training
- Utilize in-house transaction coordination services
- Leverage professional tech and marketing platforms
- Engage with a dedicated mentor for 12-24 months
- Access Windermere's network of over 6,500 agents
Requirements
- Commitment to full-time real estate agent role
- 15+ hours weekly training commitment
- Active WA real estate license or ability to complete within 60 days

- Sales/customer service background
- Snohomish county-area network
- Social media or digital marketing experience
